The traditional education curriculum often lets some parents put their children in an imaginary cage, forcing them to become someone they are not meant to be. Assigning every student the same curriculum and grading them in the same medium, disregarding their strength and weaknesses is undoubtedly a lazy and irrational approach
In contrast, we believe the only approach to realizing an individual’s full potential and achieving a successful career is to guide them to put the most effort and time into what they love the most, and that is why we are focusing on extracurriculars.

On Traditional Education
We believe education is not about Math or English. It is about helping every teenager explore and develop the skills needed for their chosen career.
Just like elite colleges such as Ivys have been putting increasing emphasis on applicants’ extracurricular activities, education has also been evolving as more and more people realize that focusing merely on the traditional curriculum structure and teaching style doesn’t prepare the next generation for their future.
At the end of the day, education hasn’t changed in nearly 200 years.

Why Do Most Students Underperform in School?
Does your child have trouble getting straight As, sleeping in the classroom, and becoming addicted to social media/video games?
It is not your child’s fault. It turns out everyone knows how to learn. But almost no one knows how to “be schooled”.

Let Me Explain:
Learning is part of human nature.
The ability to learn allows Sapiens to leverage tools, fire, crops, and other animals.
The ability to learn allows us to step out of the forest and build cityscapes and skyscrapers.
The ability to learn creates everything around us, from the computer you are looking at to the satellite that is looking at you.
However, learning doesn’t happen in school.
People are not designed to learn by hearing a lecturer speaking for 60 minutes in a classroom;
People are not designed to learn without understanding their purpose;
People are not designed to learn by highlighting a textbook and writing linear notes as the teacher speaks;
. . .
We realized that, and that’s how Cognito was born—a system not designed for schooling but for learning.

How to enroll in the program?

Is Cognito AI for me
Most of our users are between 14-20 years old. However, we don’t put an age limit because of the flexibility of our program, and we can adjust difficulty based on where each student is currently at.
Do I have to be in seattle?
No! The whole program will happen online. One of our team members will get in touch with the family, and we will meet 3 times per week via google meet online
